🍏 MADE FRESH TO ORDER
Every gourmet apple is handmade to order. We start with fresh Granny Smith apples and individually coat, dip, drizzle, and decorate them according to the flavor you’ve selected.
Because we use REAL, fresh apples, nature gets to decide their exact size and shape!
APPLE SIZE, SHAPE, COLOR, AND WEIGHT WILL VARY depending on seasonal availability. Some apples may be larger or smaller than others. We carefully select quality apples for our orders, but we cannot guarantee an exact size, weight, shape, or identical appearance.

No two gourmet apples will ever be completely identical — and that’s part of their charm!
Because each apple is decorated by hand, there may be natural variations in:
• Apple size and shape
• Amount and placement of toppings
• Drizzle patterns
• Coating thickness

• Color and decoration
• Overall finished appearance
Small imperfections and variations are normal characteristics of a handmade food product.
Please also remember that listing photos are representative of the design. Your handmade apples will be created in the same style, but they will not be exact replicas of the photographed apple.
Occasionally, a decorative candy, cookie, sprinkle, or specialty ingredient may become unavailable or change in appearance. When necessary, we may use a comparable substitute while keeping the overall flavor and design as close to the listing as reasonably possible.
📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY — PLEASE READ
Gourmet apples are fresh, perishable food products, and some coatings and toppings are especially sensitive to temperature.
PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE and plan to bring your order inside promptly after delivery.
Chocolate, caramel, candy coatings, and decorative toppings can soften, melt, shift, crack, or otherwise change when exposed to heat, direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, or prolonged outdoor conditions.
Once the carrier has delivered your package, we cannot control the temperature or conditions in which the package is left. During warm weather, it is especially important that someone retrieve the package as soon as possible.
Please refrigerate your gourmet apples promptly after receiving them.
For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying your apples as fresh as possible.

Our gourmet apples are perfect for birthdays, weddings, showers, parties, corporate gifts, holiday celebrations, dessert tables, and other special occasions.
If your apples are needed for a specific event, we recommend ordering AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to allow time for preparation and shipping.
Shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays after an order leaves our hands, so please do not schedule delivery for the day of your event.

However, if there is a problem with your order, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER DELIVERY.
